Our speaker is Michael Parkes from the Erskine Veterans' Charity. He will tell us of the work of Erskine, and their unrivalled support for Scotland's veterans. Everyone is welcome to join us for the afternoon. Teas/ coffees served.
The first dementia friendly craft group will be in the Lawrence Lounge (upstairs in Fountainhall Church Centre). We will make some easy autumn crafts filled by tea/coffee and a fine piece. All welcome.

In 2016, Warren Mailley-Smith became the first British pianist to perform all of Chopin’s solo piano works from memory in an 11-concert series at St John’s Smith Square—an achievement praised by critics as extraordinary. He has performed at prestigious venues including Wigmore Hall and Carnegie Hall, and has given numerous performances for the British Royal Family. One of the UK’s most in-demand pianists, he gave over 200 concerts last year alone.
