The Sanctuary at Fountainhall at the Cross (previously Queen's Cross Church) is a warm, colourful and intimate setting for live music, and Aberdeen Chamber Music Concerts is delighted to be holding concerts at the church this season.
Aberdeen Chamber Music Concerts is a registered charity which has been bringing great professional musicians to perform in Aberdeen at public concerts for over 80 years. A former organist at Fountainhall at the Cross (when it was called Queen's Cross Church), Willan Swainson, was the founder of the organisation, as well as starting the Aberdeen Bach Choir and the Music Department in the University. On the ACM website, you can find a link which gives details of every programme that has been performed since it began in the early 1930s.
The ACMC series at the Cross run from September to March every year. Details of the 2024/2025 to come very soon, watch this space!
All the details of the dates, musicians, programmes and ticket prices are on the AMC website: www.aberdeenchambermusic.org. You can also follow the group on Facebook and twitter.
